Not just an exercise class - Medau is a method of movement training that helps with balance and co-ordination particularly important as you get older.

Medau combines work on cardiovascular fitness, strength and suppleness as well as rhythm and mood.
Classes are designed to have a very positive impact on each individual’s overall fitness and mood. Small apparatus like balls or hoops are used in activities to improve balance and coordination, reaction times, stamina and energy levels.
Skills you develop in class will also help you in every day life. Faster reaction times, stamina to run for that bus, more energy for that longer walk and poise to 'strut your stuff' on the dance floor!
The Sport and Recreation Alliance issued a report in August 2021 which shines a light on the social value of movement and dance to the UK – see link below.
